Before we can proceed any further we require you to fill in an initial application for the landlords consideration. Please note all prospective tenants over the age of 18 will need to fill in the application. Along with your application we require a copy of your passport. If you do not have one please click the ‘Right-to-Rent-Guidance’ for other types of acceptable identification.
Please fill in the online form below before we can proceed with your application. (Please ensure all sections are completed). Some of the questions only allow numerical data to be submitted, if you are having any issues with your application please contact 01305 775500, option 4 for support.
In the event you do not meet the criteria for the property you may require a guarantor and they will also need to complete an application (please ask one of our team if you’re unsure whether this would be required).
Once an application has been submitted, we will then process the application within 48 working hours and send it to the landlord/lady of the property for their approval. The applications will then be shortlisted to a select few to view the property.
You will be updated via email as to whether your application has been successful or not.
Once you have viewed the property, if accepted, we will require a reservation deposit equivalent to one weeks’ rent to reserve the property (this will form part of your security deposit when moving forwards with the tenancy).
