Terms & Conditions

Introduction
Wilson Tominey Estate Agents Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) offers a referral scheme that rewards individuals (“Referrers”) who introduce new clients (“Referees”) to our services. By participating in the scheme, Referrers and Referees agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility
Participation in the referral scheme is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Referees must be new clients who have had no previous engagement with Wilson Tominey. Employees, and immediate family members of Wilson Tominey are not eligible to participate in the referral scheme.

Referral Process
Referrers can fill in the form on our website with potential Referee’s details. In order for a referral to be valid, the Referee must complete the form on our referral page on our website. Referrals must be recorded at the time of the Referee’s first engagement. Unfortunately, we cannot honour retrospective claims.

Rewards
Upon a successful referral, the Referrer will receive a reward, such as a £50 voucher or a free month’s management for existing clients/landlords of Wilson Tominey. A referral is considered successful when the Referee signs up for a fully managed or managed and secured lettings agreement. Rewards will typically be issued within 30 days following the completion of the qualifying transaction.

Limitations
There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer can make. Only the first Referrer recorded will be credited if multiple people refer the same Referee. Reciprocal referrals, where two individuals refer each other, are not permitted.

Data Protection
Personal data collected as part of the referral scheme will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By taking part, Referrers and Referees agree to the collection and use of their data for the purpose of administering the scheme.

General Terms
Wilson Tominey reserves the right to amend or terminate the referral scheme at any time without prior notice. In cases where fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity is suspected, we reserve the right to withhold or cancel rewards. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
