About Robert –Started his career as a negotiator in 1991 in Boscombe (Bournemouth), Parkstone (Poole) then Canford Heath (Poole). 3 Years saw him manage a corporate agency in Weymouth then Dorchester. Promotion to Area Manager followed, then to Regional Manager. 12 loyal years passed and his next career path took him to supporting his brothers' estate agency for two years in his old stomping ground, Parkstone. Robert then owned his own successful agency in Weymouth before taking a well earned break before joining Wilson Tominey.

About David –Started his career in 1995 in Weymouth as a Negotiator progressing to Market Appraisal Manager. Leaving the Weymouth office as Branch Manager, recent years have seen David Manage the Corporate Estate Agents Dorchester Office, typically ruling the roost in his patch. David turned down the offer of Regional duties to follow his destiny with Wilson Tominey.

Weaknesses – succumbing to his two daughters charms
About Matt –Mature beyond his years in many ways. He is an athlete of decathlon talent in the office, there is nothing he won’t put his mind to and tackle. He is fearless in his responsibility. Happy at home with fatherhood dawning, Matt ‘sensible’ Gregg is either fluffing the pillows or cleaning his car.
Strengths – Positivity and regular gym workouts..
Weaknesses – Pathetically scared of spiders, screams at the tiniest of arachnids.
About Jo –An Estate Agent in Weymouth for over 10 Years, charming everyone she makes contact with. Skills range from secretarial to Market Appraisal Manager; master of all. Oozes enthusiasm.

About Paul – Everybody’s pick me up. Paul doesn’t see a bad side a truly half glass full chap. Paul applies his expertise with valuations and client liaison. We are constantly being told what a pleasure he is to be served by
Strengths - Bit of a gym queen is our Paul, a real team player in all works of life and always finding time with love for his nephew
Weaknesses - dresses real dapper, buys the cakes, buys prezzies for people, not much left out of that!
About Ryan –He’s in his early years but it’s all been sales, has earnt his sales skills and customer service selling cars. That coupled with his pleasant persona makes him an ideal member for our team. He already is given the rest of us some lessons in selling
Strengths – Level headed in all things no matter the load or task
Weaknesses – petrol head, he owns a large shiny toy which he spends far too much time polishing, needs to get out more, of the car that is !
About Jake – started his sales career at Bournemouth for telecommunication sales, so he has the grit to keep going coupled with his sales skills, he is proving to be a formidable estate agent.
Jake joined us wanting one to one customer contact and is loving his role. With his steely determination, Jakes conscientiousness makes him a popular choice with customers.
Jake, an active young man socialise at a high level whether in team sports or more relaxed outings!

About Tom – fresh and young, Tom has learnt the importance of customer service in a large retailer in Weymouth. Wanting to be challenged he finds himself with us, proving already to be an asset. Tom’s likeable persona and cool calm and collective approach to work no matter the situation makes him ideal for the challenges in Lettings. An attractive career could be ahead.Young Tom is a devoted family man spending his time with his partner, their child and close to parents.

About Catherine – Catherine is the ‘organiser’ from the desk, to the software, the accounts; meticulous in detail. You can’t get away with
one word answers, she wants to know and understand everything.
Perfect for keeping the Lettings team in order. It goes without saying
she is a very good communicator and not only in our Language but
also Mandarine, Catalan and Spanish, oh and basic Polish!
Strengths – a born organiser, positive, confident, fair and friendly.
Weaknesses – I wouldn’t call it a weakness but love for writing in Mandarin and catching up on the Chinese soaps
About Martin – Having worked in the banking and mortgage industry since leaving school (which was a long time ago! , the days of chalk and board), he has built up a wealth of experience and knowledge during this time. Even more so now, having the ability to work with a company offering independent mortgage and protection advice. When Martin has a spare moment, he’s either walking the dog, at the gym, or on his way to a concert.
Strengths – A regular cake provider
Weaknesses – Remembering to change after the gym and leaving the dog behind before going to a concert.
About Emma – An extremely experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser, having worked in the Financial Services Industry for over 20 years. She specialises in mortgage advise and is also qualified to advise on Equity Release, ensuring clients understand the complex nature of the market. Emma prides herself on providing high-quality service for all of her clients and likes to keep complicated financial matters simple to understand.
Strengths – Her smile, spending time with her boy Jack and being by the sea
